The history of our farm is the history of our family. For years, our ancestors dedicated themselves to traditional agriculture with love, passion, and sacrifice.

After the 1950s, the production of cut flowers became the primary activity in the Pescia area, and our farm, like many others, specialized in floriculture. This activity allowed us to purchase the estate in Via Tiro a Segno in 1963, which is our current headquarters. Growing against the old farmhouse of the estate was a beautiful Tuscan lemon tree that covered the entire south wall.

From this magnificent espalier, which remains vigorous today, Grandfather Oscar enjoyed reproducing new lemon plants in pots to give to relatives and friends.

On the occasion of one of the first editions of the Pescia "Biennale del Fiore" (Flower Biennial), we included some of the lemon specimens Oscar kept in the farmyard alongside the cut flowers in our exhibition space.

The attention they drew and the great success achieved were such that the idea of trying to produce and market citrus fruits was born. Only in the 1970s, after a period where both productions coexisted, did we make a courageous choice: to abandon floriculture and dedicate ourselves completely to the production of citrus plants.

This decision, though involving some risks, appeared to be the only way to distinguish the company in the sector thanks to the deep knowledge we had acquired in the meantime. Three generations of the Tintori family have worked and continue to work side by side to ensure this choice remains successful and meets the expectations of all our customers.

Our ornamental citrus plants are in demand not only in Italy but worldwide, and anyone who comes—even out of simple curiosity—to visit our greenhouses has always shown wonder at the vitality and generosity of these plants.

Ornamental citrus plants are not purchased like common seasonal blooms but as plants to love, care for, and maintain over time; to grow, they require specific attention.

Years of experience and specialization, combined with the desire to see the plants thrive even after leaving our greenhouses, allow us today to provide not only highly selected citrus fruits capable of ensuring healthy and lush growth over time but also a range of information and specific products to achieve the best results.
